Vancouver Park Stud is situated near the Historic Towns of Chiltern and Beechworth.  The stud is very accessible to our major cities,  by road app. 7 hours  - via the freeway from Sydney,  4 hours drive from the Australian National Capital, Canberra and 3 hours by road to  the city of Melbourne.

Today Chiltern has a tranquil atmosphere and life proceeds at a more leisurely pace.  The town has been used as a movie set for a number of major films, needing very few "props" to recreate the required atmosphere. 21 building are registered or owned by the National Trust.  Chiltern is an ideal base from which to explore the Rutherglen and Barnawartha wineries as well as the historic town of Beechworth and Yackandandah.

Flying time from both Sydney and Melbourne is approximately 1 hour -  upon arrival at  Albury Airport, there is a very beautiful drive through the wine country to Vancouver Park Stud.
